Gracefully facilitating with ‘BUCKMINSTER FULLER’ models
Gracefully facilitating with ‘BUCKMINSTER FULLER’ models
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”
Buckminster Fuller
How can we change things with ease and grace? Buckminster fuller’s approach seems a key to that: focusing all efforts on what we can imagine and what we want to bring into the world and making it convincing instead of dissipating energy in struggles of old paradigms. What does this mean? What does it need to put this wisdom into practice? How can we as facilitators, teachers or innovators support this process?
In this Alchemy talk we will explore together the potential of this approach and what it means on a very practical level for our work as transformation hosts.
We invite you to join us again for a monthly meeting on every second Monday of the month 10:00-11:00 am, and the following Tuesday 6:00-7:00 pm CET.
AND we will have a get together on wonder after the talk. So if you can stay half an hour longer that would be awesome.
Looking forward very much to caching up,
Boris
